Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav - 2025

Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav was celebrated at DGSG Public School to promote the rich linguistic diversity of India. The students of our school participated in various activities. The celebration of this Utsav aims to foster a deep appreciation and pride in the rich diversity of Bharatiya language and literature. This Utsav celebrated by DGSG Public School since 4 December and concluded on 11th of December was a tribute to the timeless contribution of Mahakavi Subramania Bharti. 

“Many Languages, One Emotion” beautifully captured the unity, shared identity, and collective cultural spirit that connect India’s diverse linguistic traditions.

Following the theme the students from V class prepared a big language tree. They drew a big painted tree with leaves showing different languages spoken in India.

Moreover, the students of VI class sang the very famous poem ‘Johny-Johny’ in very different and unique ways. The students prepared and sang this poem in different languages following the theme ‘Poetry Across Languages’ which helps in enhancing students appreciation of Indian languages and literature. The Theme Followed by the student was Through these activities we can assist the students and the spirit of ‘EK BHARAT SHRESHTHA BHARAT’.
