REPORT ON BHARATIYA BHASHA UTSAV, 2025
The celebration of Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav, 2025 aims to foster a deep appreciation and pride in the rich diversity of Bharatiya languages and literature. DGSG Public School celebrated the birth anniversary of Mahakavi Subramania Bharati since 4thDecember and concluded on 11th on December. This Utsav was a tribute to the timeless contribution of Mahakavi Subramania Bharati. The theme followed by the school was “Many Languages, One Emotion” beautifully captured the unity, shared identity and collective cultural spirit that connect India’s diverse linguistic traditions. Following the theme the students from V class prepared a big language tree. They drew a big painted tree with leaves showing different languages spoken in India.
Moreover, the students of VI class sang the very famous poem “Johnny Johnny” in very different and unique way. The students prepared and sang this poem in different languages following the theme ‘Poetry Across languages’ which helps in enhancing students appreciation of Indian languages and literature.
Through these activities we can promote the spirit of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” among the students.
ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ 350ਵੇਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ
“ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਸਿਮਰੀਐ ਘਰ ਨਉ ਨਿਧਿ ਆਵੈ ਧਾਇ ਸਭ ਥਾਈ ਹੋਇ ਸਹਾਇ” ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ 350 ਸਾਲਾ ਗੁਰਪੁਰਬ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਤਿਲਕ ਜੰਝੂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪਾ ਵਾਰ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਹਾਗ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੂ, ਦਿਆਲੂ, ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ, ਖੁਦ ਖੁਦਾ, ਹਿੰਦ ਦੀ ਚਾਦਰ, ਮਹਾ ਤਪੱਸਵੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਲਹੂ ਭਿੱਜੀ ਦਾਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਐੱਸ.ਜੀ.ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਦੇ ਸਫਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਆਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਸਫਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਪੰਡਿਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਕੋਲ ਆਉਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਰੀਵ ਪੜਾਅ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਸੀਸ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਫਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਸਵੇਰ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਗਾਇਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੜੀ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਵਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰੀਵ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਾਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਵਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਖਾਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸਰ ਸ: ਦਾਨਿਸ਼ ਗਰੇਵਾਲ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਲਾਸਾਨੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਭੇਂਟ ਕੀਤੇ। ਸਵੇਰ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮੈਡਮ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਡਾ. ਰਜਨੀ ਐਂਗਰੀਸ਼ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ, ਸਾਰੇ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ
