Yoga Camp
A yoga camp was successfully organized at DGSG Public School in the school ground, conducted by renowned Yoga trainers Mr. Arvind Kumar and Mr. Himanshu Ranjan. The camp aimed to promote physical fitness, mental well being and healthy living among students and staff members.
The camp included various yoga asanas (Postures), breathing exercises (Pranayam) and meditation techniques designed to improve flexibility, concentration, inner peace and overall health. Students from various classes enthusiastically participated under the guidance of the expert trainers.
The trainers explained the benefits of regular yoga practices, emphasizing how it helps in:
- Reducing stress and anxiety.
- Increasing body strength and flexibility.
- Boosting immunity.
- Improving concentration and academic performance.
The school ground was filled with energy and enthusiasm as the participants followed the yoga routines. The camp concluded with a meditation session, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and relaxed.
