Stress is an automatic physical, mental and emotional response to a difficult event. It is a common part of everyone’s life.When used positively, stress can lead to growth, action and change. But negative, long-term stress can lessen your quality of life.This Tuesday on 29th April, D.C.S.G. Public School organised aseminar on stress management for the staff members in which a well-qualified resource person taught the different ways to deal with teachers’ day-to-day stressed life. She used different practical ways so that it could be easier for every one present there to understand the facts and solutions to manage stressed routines. Moreover, it was a live session so face-to-face Communication made the seminar even better.
We were asked to raise our questions — how we can make our mind and body stress-free. Through this seminar, we have learned to know how to deal with the problems which are the main causes of stressed life.
As a result, it was a wonderful and useful seminar for all of us.
