Leave Rules
- Applications for leave of absence on ordinary days shall generally be submitted before hand.
- Those absent because of sickness must present a medical certificate before they are admitted to class.
- Applications for leave should normally be submitted to the class teacher. Leave for more than four days should be applied to the principal.
- Half-day leave is not granted except in case of an emergency.
- 90% attendance is compulsory for a student to make him or her eligible for the final examination.
- A pupil who is found to be habitually absent without any bona fide reason or any explanation from parents is liable to have his or her name struck off the roll of the school register and information will be passed on to the parents.
Discipline RULES
- All students must bring their diary to school.
- All students must reach school on time.
- The first bell is a signal for all to go to their respective classrooms for roll-call.
- All students should wear neat and clean uniforms.
- Running, cycling, singing, whistling, etc. inside the school building is not allowed.
- Students are forbidden to throw anything at anyone.
- Parents and guardians are requested not to walk into classrooms during class hours. They may kindly contact the principal during fixed hours if they have any problems.
- Students should get their report books signed by their parents or guardians within the duration prescribed.
- No student can leave the school during school hours or in recess without the permission of the principal.
- Students are expected to behave in a refined manner wherever they go. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. They must greet all visitors to the school.
- Students are not allowed to receive visitors.
- If a student does not improve his or her conduct in spite of repeated warnings, his or her name will be struck off.
- Parents are requested not to withdraw their children from the classes for mere social functions.

- The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable items like jewellery, watches, expensive toys, fountain pens, etc. to school.
- It is necessary for every student to attend all the school functions.
- On all the class days and at school functions, the students are supposed to wear school uniforms.
- Any kind of makeup is not permitted in school.
- Mehndi is not allowed from class onwards.
- Students must ensure that they always talk in English, as fluency in spoken English is a pre-requisite.
- It is mandatory to attend PTM, and it is compulsory for school students to come in school uniform while accompanying their parents to school.
- The school reserves the right to terminate the schooling of students for unsatisfactory progress in studies or whose conduct is bad for others.
VISITING HOURS
The school would like parents to maintain a close rapport with their children’s teachers and meet them periodically. Walk-in days are held to facilitate discussion between parents and teachers on the child’s progress. Children must accompany their parents for the walk-in days dressed in school uniform and should carry their I-Card and school diary.
OFFICE VISITING HOURS
- The principal receives visitors on all school days between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m..
- Kindly adhere to the visiting schedule to avoid disappointment.
- In case of emergency, please contact only at intervals or after school hours.
