Doing our part, DGSG Public School participated in this campaign, the students of the school took part in essay writing competitions. It was a way, to educate the students about the adverse effects of child marriage. The students wrote their views that how a child’s marriage increases the risk of violence, illness and even death of girls and on contrary, how reducing child marriage will help to improve the health of millions of girls and women and their children.
They wrote their own points of vision that how they imagine the world when there was a trend of child-marriage and how the children (especially the girls) would thrive in a discrimination-free India in the future.
